An important process we feel since this is our opportunity to listen, to understand our client’s expectations, after all if we don’t how are we sure to meet them?
We will ask the right questions to enable us to provide the most appropriate solution even when our clients aren’t quite sure themselves.
2 Survey
Unless it’s by necessity no proposal should be prepared without the full understanding of a building that is gained during survey.
Our engineer’s lengthy service within the industry ensures they are able to identify existing systems and appreciate their limitations and attributes. This in turn ensures that our proposals will be feasible to build without compromise.

3 Proposal
Our sales team will provide you with a written proposal in good time.
The proposal will be clear and include descriptions that can be reasonably understood by the “lay man” and not just engineers.
We will make sure that its clear what we are going to deliver, what it will provide all with a fixed cost to ensure your budget control.
Should you require we will meet with you to assist in your understanding of our proposal and its impact on your project.
4 Value Engineering
It’s not so unusual for budgets and quotes not to match. Should this be the case then we can revisit your proposal and advise how reductions may be facilitated.
Most importantly however we won’t just tell you how much less we can deliver for we will make clear to you the effect the reduction has had on our scheme and how it will impact on yours, accordingly your decisions can be informed ones.

5 Design
Our designers are highly qualified and fully conversant with anything from the basic principles to the finite detail of each system.
They have an in depth understanding of the requirements of the latest legislation and will ensure compliance on your behalf.
6 Contracting
Our project manager’s experience and training ensures that they can “take in their stride” the challenges of completing your installation.
They will ensure that quality materials and equipment are installed to manufacturer’s recommendations / specification on time
Safety is important to us and our PM’s are trained to ensure that the right knowledge and equipment are available to ensure that all installations are completed in a safe manner.

7 Handover / Post Handover
We understand that you’re probably not engineers so we will do our best to ensure that you understand how to use the systems we have installed.
Most importantly you’re not just our client until the final account is paid, we will be there to assist for as long as you need.
